PU dresing
Porous non-absorbing fabric minimizes fluid strike through to air but moisture permeable at the same time.
PU foil has a unique molecular structure which is much more permeable to water vapor  than ordinary films.
It reduces the risk of infection and dressing changes.
Transparent dressing allows you to see the wound for proper dressing replacement and better monitoring.
